    BANG & OLUFSEN OF DENMARK

    Can anyone tell me why B&O has removed the "Bang & Olufsen of Denmark" text written on all its products until the end of the 80s? I think it was a classy touch (maybe I'm biased, since I am Danish!)

    Do you remember which product was the last one to (proudly) bear this text?

    oh! another good trivia style question...

    i don't know the why -maybe more sourcing from elsewhere?

    i am going to guess the bm6000 and other types from the "bent flats" were the last to carry it... ending in 1986.

    anyone else?
