Does anyone have an issue with the Logitech Harmony One in controlling the volume on a Beosund?

The remote control works as per the command volume up and down but the volume increase & decrease interval amount is 6 steps instead of the usual 2 steps. So If you are in volume 30,One tap of the Harmony would increase it to 36 instead of 32, I tried playing around in the "Input Delays" setting but to no resolution.

I have the same logitech remote and don't recall having that issue, although to be honest I don't use it often for the BS3000. If I recall correctly in the trouble shooting section on the website that they refer to this 'jumping / skipping' issue and you can 'fine tune' the remote to overcome it. However I'm not sure if this is what you have already done with your input delay settings.
