    Help!!!

    Can any one on this wonderful site explain if it is possible to use a German spec Beocom 1000 on a BT Land line in UK iv'e recently won it on a certain " web auction site" its fitted with a German TAE plug i get a dialing tone but no ring tone any help or advice would be much appreciated
