Loading mp3 files on a SD card of BeoSound 2

Can MP3 files be uploaded to a SD card and then used in BS2 without BeoPlayer programme? How should I upload files to a SD card (I use card reader) so I can listen to them on a BS2?

Yes! Just drop and drag. make sure there are no sub folders, or the BS2 will not read the files...

I.E. omd, greatest hits : all tracks placed in one folder (named OMD... or whatever). No other folders inside OMD
