Hi,

I've had a Beocenter 7700 for about a year now and today my wife tried to play the radio.

She pressed a bunch of buttons on the Tuner side and the pre-programed numbers side.

Now when I press the PH or the tape button the machine turns on for about 5-15 seconds and automaticly

shuts down.  I figured she programed the timer or something do with the automation, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone has an advise it would greatly be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Beoworld !

First make sure to reset all programming by disconnecting from mains for a couple of minutes.

If this doesn't solve the problem, it will probably need a light servicing, maybe the amplifier idle currrents need fixing.
