Beosound 4 - Not Recording

Hi,

I've just discovered that when i press record twice on my BS4, whilst on a radio station, it doesn't seem to want to record. It's stuck on 'Starting Up' and stays that way until i remove the memory card and turn off/on.

Anyone else experienced this or know what it could be?

I have music on the memory card which i'm able to read and play with no issues.

I am recording radio now whilst reading your post. I have never had this problem but guess the SD card could do with a format.

What brand memory card do you use? I had tried a 4Gb in the past however no joy so have a 2Gb no-name brand in there now.

I have only ever bought and used Sandisk 2GB. They have never let me down so I have never changed.
