    DVB-T (Freeview, TNT)

    Hi all,

Just wanted to share my experience. I have had a DVB-T / Freeview tuner fitted in my BV7-32.

It is really expensive, and it took hours to be fitted (and that is invoiced as well) but I now think it is really worth it.

The picture is fantastic as well as the sound (2.1 on some channels). The picture is much better than from my SKY box (non HD), or from analogue terrestrial.

The picture it sends to link rooms is also fantastic and it handles 16/9 4/3 formats on link room TVs much better.

It work well with the HDR1 as well, it somehow sends the format, and I do not have to manually change the format when I am playing back a recording, whatever the original format.

All in all, I am extremely happy.

It took 2 1/2 hour in total, but I had the TV flashed with new firmware and new STB-C list, which  probably took 1/2 hour of the 2 1/2.
