This is probably a ridiculous question, but how do I send an email to a moderator re subscription fees?

If you click on the moderator's name above the avatar, it will open a window which would allow you to send the moderator a Private Message; alternatively if an e-mail address is provided, you can use that means of communication.  I don't know if there is any particular moderator responsible for subscriptions, but perhaps 9 Lee or Peter would be your best initial contact.
