    BV7 DVD eject

    Can the Beo 4 be used to eject on DVD on a BV7 MKIII?

    Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

    Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

    Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

    Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms

    No, what's the point if you have to go get the disc out of the tray anyway. You can however close the tray with the remote, once you load the disc and sit down then press GO or DVD and it will close the tray.

    You don't want your three year old learning how to open the tray...

    Try DVD then STOP....

    You can also use BLOCK SENSITOUCH on the service menu to stop the manual button.

    I tried DVD  STOP, no success.

    No, but the Beo5 an be programmed to do it.

    If there is no DVD present, touching DVD on the Beo 4 does cause it to open.
