    My Samsung STB gone from PUC-list

    Can't control my Samsung STB anymore. When I looked in the PUC-list, it only shows a "unknown STB", and no other options.

    Any solutions?

    Can I find / place back the Samsung STB in the PUC-list myself? Or do I need the dealer?

    What TV are you using? Did you update the software? If not, it could be that the chip that houses the STB got damaged. Just to make sure, are you looking at the Source and it says unknown STB in there, or did you really go into change mode on the PUC ..... maybe you can take and attach a picture.

    I have a BV7-40 MK III.

    Didn't change anything myself. But, is it even possible to delete a STB from the PUC-list yourself (by accident) ?!
