...the usual 3,5mm - DIN connection being a compromise connection.

Today at work i noticed my mate was using an pre-amp between his Mac and mixer for sound improvement and for gain when tuning the PA. And even if it didn't improve the sound, i could use the same volume level on B&O amp for the internal sources as well as for the auxes - end of rollercoasting with volume up and down! ;)

Anyone tried these with B&O systems? I checked that they offer as many USB -preamps as there are manufacturers in the sound/computer industry.
