Hello everyone, My BeoMaster 5 / BeoSound 5 won't execute the manually software upgrade... When I press "Upgrade software" it shows the screen with the message "0 % downloaded".... and then nothing happens - even if I leave the BM5/BS5 alone in a couple of hours or even over night...

I have a beo sound 5 connected to a naim amp. When i turn the bs5 on it makes a loud pop throught the speakers. Any ideas how i can stop this? thanks
