Hi all, I have problem with my Pentas. The sound is somehow fuzzy und unclear , especially with higher volumes. The midranges sound and feel almost mute. I presume we were competing in the auction (before I gave up)? Was it a nice pair? - the final price was still modest.

I was under pressure to replace Pentas in the living room by newly acquired 8000s by the SWMBO. To sort the issue I organised a side by side comparison. Soundwise Pentas won 6-0. Designwise it is the other way around. The Pentas are still in place (waiting for bargain deal with 5s).

Aim was to find the one with excellent picture and audio quality with Blu-Ray and good control with the PUC of the BS3. Hi, I try to add a second BL2 to my existing BeoSystem 3 7.1 setup to make it a full 7.2. The first BL2 is connected to the Subwoofer socket and the second daisy chained from the first one.
