Haven't been here in quite a while, but some months ago, after my HTPC stopped working, I bought a DVD1. Last saturday I actually bought a new product for myself, a white Beocom 4, which I have been lusting after for some time now. It's absolutely brilliant!

Hi! It's been a long time since I was here, mainly because of a new job and a new apartment, which have taken quite a bit of my time. Now, though, I'm ready to ask a serious B&O-related question. :) I have a BV6-26 from 2005 with a DVD1 connected to it. (Some of you may recall my HTPC build, but unfortunately it broke down.) Now I'm

What happens if one enters the ballot, wins, and then is unable to attend? I'm asking because I really want to go, but I haven't discussed it with my wife yet.

Would these work with an HTC Incredible S as well?
Wow. Were the Beolab 5000 and Beolab 3000 speakers being used with a BV7 for surround sound? I'd love to see that setup. Maybe you could get the seller to take a photo and post it on here.
Indeed they were! Accompanied by the Beolab 2 for a bit more oompf! I think he's a member here, but not an active

My home-built HTPC hasn's been working properly lately, which isn't that much of a surprise, considering the shoddy build quality and the fact that it's six years old. Now, the kids obviously want to be able to watch their DVDs. I have a Beovision 6-26 as my main TV. Should I get a used DVD1 to connect to it? I don't have the money to

The Apple joke was hilarious. Though I may be biased, since my parents own a company that makes blocks of stone quite similar to that one. http://www.microbas.se/ Take a look at the surface plates here... http://www.microbas.se/eng/pages.aspx?r_id=48571

Now I've got one. :) I know, it's with the silver dial and jubilee bracelet, but right now it's getting serviced and the dial changed into a blue one. I got it for my 40th birthday, and, as it happens, so did my dad 25 years ago. Of course, he bought himself a new Rolex... And yes, that's my arm.

I must ask, have we really forgotten Lee's 40th birthday? If so, here's a delayed congrats from Sweden. :)
