• Re: B&O News

I am very happy with my Ipad. It's without any doubt the best gadget I received over the past year. Yet why can you not replace its battery? Countless updates will make this unnecessary I'am afraid. I do not believe B&O needs an introduction on repair service here. So let's not compare apples and peers on build quality here. Thank you

  • Re: Beosound 5 Encore is here...

Yes! It is a lifestyle decision. Now that I have seen the product and its specs I'm convinced. It truly is an amazing product of the highest quality and I will buy it. It fits into my lifestyle and it deserves a special place in the home I will build. I also hope that B&O will continue to make such beautiful products based on the Beonet. THANK
> As for cost, if the cost is too much for a product for what it is and does, don't buy it. There are even people out there who think iPhones and Macs are overpriced for what they do. > This forum has turned in to a why Apple is great and everybody else should do things the Apple way. Can somebody direct me to

<p>The thing is, what are you going to buy the Encore for, exactly? 1/ I would buy the Encore primarily as a tangible interface of my centralised digital music library. A product which my wife could easily use. The music would be stored on a NAS and I would control it using a smart programme installed eg on my Ipad and my laptop. Next to that

  • Re: Most beautiful B&O speaker ever built
Beolab 1 ahead of the Penta's. Looks like the great days of the tall column speakers are over...
Yes totally agree!! although I'm not sure which ones to place first, the beolab 1 or the pentas? They remain both very impressive in all regards! Might prefer the pentas in the end. You know I am dreaming of

  • Re: The Tue Mantoni Interview

I am now expecting both the beosound 9000 and the beosound 8 to be adapted for the beonet. This beonet should at least be as stable, functional and accessible as Sonos. Yes I would leave my beocenter 2 for what it is and immediately buy these products. Just to say that the future of B&O should not necessarily be a Dac and a pair of beolabs...

  • Re: Wife doesn't like BeoLab 9s

If BL5 are out of the question too bad, but go and listen to BL1! I definitely prefer them to BL9 and also (slightly)to my lovely penta's. Both are great in fact. Anyway, if you already would have BL2, you will have a great system. Btw, my wife agreed for complete new set-up in 2013 when we build our house. Fortunately, she has no problem with BL5

  • Re: Any questions for the new CEO ?

The future of B&O audio will consist in its perception of the cloud-based environment. What will really be the interface B&O wishes to offer to its clients for listening to music taking into account high expectations in terms of quality, design, convenience and price. Personally I believe all mentioned criteria should be met on a high level
