    Thanks for all suggestions tried the power reset and worked this time! Maybe I should wait a few minutes before reseting the power. Thanks again Arvind

    Hi, I have reset the power to the Beomaster 5 (server ) a few times but still have the same problem - I assume this is same way of rebooting if not then how do I do this? Thanks, Arvind

  • Help - Beosound5 not working

    Hi, I have Beosound 5 system - it has been working fine including applying the latest software update. However last night I noticed thatit would not switch off. So I had a power reset but all I see on the head unit is the B&O sign with the red light flashing. I have tried to get sound but no luck. Also I have tried Beoconnect but cannot connect

    Hi, Just to let you all know... just installed Beoconnect (from B&O website) and it can now see the Beomaster 5, it also mapping to a drive on my PC. It seems more stable and useable when compared to Beoplayer. Also only have to put the password in once! Thanks,

    Thanks I assume the same applies for windows 7? I have tried to find the installation guide to confirm but could not find it on the web.

    I am still getting the same problem, can you confirm the location of the Beoportal, I think I have registered but I cannot find any reference on the web, etc.. in order to confirm. Interesting to see what other peoples observations are, I have reset the BM5 but still getting the same problem.

    I have tried this and got to the maintenance mode - where can I find the IP address? Which section I tried looking but cannot find it? I remember reading on this forumn that you should be able to find the IP address from this mode? If not how else can I find the IP address? Also how do you exit this mode? Thanks, Arvind

    Hi, Thanks for all the suggestions, the BM5 automatically mapped - however my PC only sees the BM5 when I am using it i.e network radio, or stored songs.. When I switch the BM5 sound off (BM5 is still on) then it disappears from the PC. Is that correct, I am sure that is not correct? Do I need to make sure the Beoplayer see's the BM5 and then I
