Are there new menu's? My BV9 should have been updated, but there's no difference in the menus?

My blue ray problems are: As one ealier described: When i am watching a Blue-Ray on my PS3 and the 24P option is set to automatic, then it is almost as the pic is being cut in half when the movie is doing horisontal panning. if I disable 24P, then the movie is fine, although it is not as smooth when panning.

Now i have followed your advises and the tv has'nt crashed - yet! And will not hopefully... But what about the blue-ray problems? This is a big problem to, in my openion. Not funny to have a brand new - end expensive - tv, and not be able to play the best possible movies. Another question: Where do I find information regarding SW for B&O? How

I have a new BV 9. Had all the same problems with SW 4.24. The TV crashes (turns off) and the Blue-Ray films played on PS3, jumps as described earlier in this thread. Now the TV software has been upgraded, SW 5, but i still have the same problems. Nothings changed. So for how long shall I wait??? B&O has a major problem here. It's just not good
