Has anyone run into an issue with an Earset 2 having no sound come out of the earbud piece? The boom mic works and I tried connecting/re-connecting with the iPhone and still nothing. I believe it is out of warranty (purchased in 2008) but maybe there is an easy fix. It has not been dropped and has no visual damage. Thanks, Diggs

Beojeff, I actually have been searching for Blu-ray players that are compatible with the BS1. I tried the Samsung BD-P3600 and BD-P1600 and had no luck (screen flutters; B&O says it is a compatability problem with new Samsung players). How is your Samsung BD-P1590 hooked up to the BS1 (I have to use components through the zektor switch)? Also, what

Hello all! I am trying to setup Picture and Picture on the Beo5 so I could (example) have my PC in the upper right hand corner (PIP) while I am watching TV. My setup is: BeoSystem 1 to BV4-42 through VGA. Motorola DVR, Pioneer DVD and Wii all through Zektor switch. PC Video connected to BV4-42 through VGA and PC audio hooked up to AUX of BeoSystem 1

I re-installed and overwrote the contents of Bang&Olufsen directory and everthing seemed to work perfectly. I think I also found the file that stores the login info for the Beo5 program in the TEMP folder so I will overwrite that to keep the updates coming. Thanks!!! Diggs

Thank you very much Keith! I will let you know how it goes. Do you think there is a file that is stored on the machine to remember the login info? Diggs

Hello All, I want to move the beo5 software to a new computer (I have the program) but I want to make sure I take my configuration and all login/password info also. Does anyone have an idea of how to do it? Should I install the program and then copy all info in the c: drive (B&O folder) and overwrite the c: drive (B&O folder) of the new computer

1) How do I tell what serial number I have? 2) How much is a HD ready update? 3) Why do I need an update if it is an HD TV? Thanks, Diggs

Beojeff, Thanks for the answers. I might just go with the PS3 now but I believe the Samsung BD-P1600 will stream netflix with the firmware updates. xegoon, I have an HD BV4 42" connected to the BSy1 but I have never seen a DVI cable connection on it. Only RGB out and PC RGB in. How would you select the DVD player (select different source from TV

Beojeff, Thank you for your help; I was either going to get the BD-P1600 or BD-P3600 and it looks like I made the wrong decision. I am going to get the Samsung BD-P1600 and possibly even the PS3 after I sell the 3600. I pretty much tried everything and the tech at B&O said that they had the same problem with new Blu-Ray DVD players from Samsung

I just recently bought a Samsung Blu-Ray DVD Player BD-P3600 because of the fact it can play blu-ray and stream netflix. Unfortunately it isn't compatible with the beosystem 1 through component cables through zektor (told to me by B&O tech in Chicago). I still can't believe they work with Samsung on products and then they don't "speak"
