Welcome to Beoworld. The German site of eBay has some sellers of Beogram 3500 belts i.e. this item number: 350229711319. About 12 GBP + shipping. I've used this seller before with no problems. Hopefully it won't need anything else doing but a replacement cartridge or retipping may work wonders. If you search the Beoworld site you will come across

Keypad button stuck down? Can you check if the IR is sending constant signals by looking through a digital camera at the IR emitters. You'll see it flashing with a signal.

A brand new repro one is available for £50 (60€ or so) from STB! Incredible. Originality is one thing for something you can obviously see or is integral to a system, but a Century wall mount I don't think falls into that bracket. Sorry for the pun! Dave.

Do the two pieces of the adjusting nut come apart? i.e. does the threaded shaft unfasten from the knurled round knob? I think it goes in the slotted section of the upright black bar to enable a change in height and tilt to the speaker. That is also possibly why there is an angled piece at the bottom of the stand so the lower down the stand the speaker
