To my knowledge, you are not allowed to get the software, it is only for dealers. Maybe you can find a corrupt dealer, that will help you with it, but I'm not sure, especially since you have not bought the Beo5 as new from them. But good luck.

The BeoTalk 1200 was a great product, but it was a different time then now

No plans on such a thing. Since most phoneline providers are offering some sort of voice mail, there will be a very limited market for a BeoTalk..

Just to comment on the previous post: I use a Panasonic DVD which dosn't have an impressive picture, so I try not to use it very much. It was OK with my old MX6000, but now I really see that it is no good. For HD I use a TViX M6500A, and it is really here that the BV8 excells. Wauv, the picture is brilliant. And don't even get me started on

Well it is flat, and has a small frame and speaker underneeth. But the one that said that it looks very much like a BV5/9 are correct. Except it is even more beautiful.... It is going to be such a big hit.... And when I look at thoose pics, I don't see anything beautiful. By the way, I also meant that it is "nothing like" instead of "not"
