Hi Richard Have you tried looking at compatible chargers for Sony Ericsson phones as this was based on an Ericsson phone from the late 90's? Stuart

It annoys me when you read a good review to be told its too expensive, but compared to what? The new Sony unit is £500 and does not even look or sound like the Beolit12!

Just to make a very quick point about QC, we have had one DOA out of the box BeoSound 8 since launch which equates to about 0.18% of sales from our showroom alone. That's not bad going!!! If only other products in today's world from Europe were as reliable...

You will find that the top edge of the glass is spring loaded and will pull forward without much force. Yes you are right the products cost a lot of money and you should call your dealer to sort it out for you!

We generally advise people to look at the Humax range as they have a nice menu structure and overlay. If you are using a B&O CRT set the new PUC tables do not normally support the latest HD type tuners so this would mean using two remotes.

Hi Andrew this isn't a fault but change in atmospheric conditions. We often see this on sets delivered to the store at this time of year when it's cold!
