• Re: Beomaster 1200/1001 wall bracket

Maurice, If you have not already done so, go to the last page of the BM1001 user manual on the main site. It shows the wall bracket and cover plate. Graham

Hi Maurice. I am sure that this has been asked before and a picture or sketch displayed, but I can't find anything now when I search. From recollection the coverplate is a pretty crude looking affair and you'd be better trying to get compact 90 degree DIN plugs etc. The wall plate itself fits the grooves you'll find on the inside faces of

  • Re: Identification help?
I believe that is actually the very limited edition Beogram 1666, built for searching subliminal messages from black metal recordings.
Spinning anti-clockwise, of course!

  • Re: Another White Beomaster 2000 saved (with help from Martin (Dillen))

Thanks Guys! Just won a pair of white S45's on eBay (which were the originally recommended speakers for the BM2000). Sold by another Beoworlder. Looks like I'll be ordering another crossover caps kit from Martin. [Thankfully SWMBO really likes the white B&O and I haven't had too bad a time over these latest purchases!] Graham

  • Re: Forum time incorrect?
Since the DST ended, the forum has displayed every time stamp one hour ahead for me. Yes, I have my personal time zone set correctly (currently GMT+2:00 for Finland) in the profile, and tried logoff-login
Yes, same in UK. The forum is still on DST and has not reverted to GMT as it should have done last Sunday
A lovely thing, Graham My two teak Beomasters told me to ask you if she can iron? In the lower picture, the tuning wheel seems not to be quite flush with the panel. If this is indeed the case, try pushing it down a little - you might hear a "click" and see an immediate improvement in appearance. The axle
I must pay you a visit in the near future. Andy T.
From Clitheroe, Reino Unido ? Would that be the well-known British enclave 'Clitheroe en España' by any chance? Is your avatar is just having a well-earned break? (Or maybe you have accidentally set off on a voyage on HMS Illustrious ???)

  • Another White Beomaster 2000 saved (with help from Martin (Dillen))

First pics of my newly acquired white Beomaster 2000 (with temporary aerial and speaker connections!) Found on a small ads Danish website for 250kr! Sold as 'No lights, so assumed faulty.' In the event, no lights meant literally no lights (no lenses etc) and a whole host of other problems. Martin (Dillen), did a full overhaul, and in an amazingly

  • Re: Hi there. New and want to say hi and also ask a few questions

I have a Serene. I think it's a great mobile phone, and great for texting once you get the hang of the circular layout and avoid touching the wheel by accident (which repositions the cursor). The text memory is not too good, but then I am not good at deleting texts received. Photographs are better than the pixel count suggests, but you do need to
With your vintage B&O tape recorder connected to the same receiver, of course

I can record anything playing through my Mac using CD Spin Doctor which comes with Toast. You can choose to burn a CD or store it as AAC or MP3 etc. Use it for radio, LPs etc - very useful! [
