Well, the white BM2000 (early version) (already linked by Beocool above) is currently my favourite. It's large and heavy, yet has a certain elegance in both appearance and operation. Judging by comments and posts elsewhere on the forum the BM2000 has been highly rated yet overlooked for some reason. Graham

There have been a couple of impressive DIY conversions on the forum for LCD screens being used to replace Avant TV tubes. I wonder what the economics would be for either B&O or a reseller to sell LCD/LED conversion kits for TVs like the Avant? (Assuming tubes are no longer readily available at some point and/or a move to all HD broadcasting). Or

I understand B&O independent franchise stores first get absorbed by B&O UK if they get into difficulties (i.e. don't meet targets), then presumably B&O UK decide on the closure (or not) which will inevitably be linked to numerous factors, including how long a building lease has to run etc. As to the argument about whether stand alone
