Hej Uldall Make sure there are not too many handsets on the base! Sometimes a previous handset has not been removed. Remove all handsets except the one you use, then add them again. Max for Pyramid base is 5 + Serene. New Beoline is 7 + Serene. The only thing you can do with the Serene, is share the phonebook with the Beocom 6000s. Hope this helps.

Sorry Maurice. Out of my depth now. I know nowt about the workings of a Beovision. Anybody else?

Hi Maurice. It may have been programmed to not respond to a remote control command. If you have a Beo4 remote, press 'List' and 'Standby' together. then the up arrow untill the display on the remote says "Option?" Press 'Go' and it should say "V Opt" Press 2 The red LED on the Beovision should blink to acknowledge

Also, have you tried themwith a different Beomaster? Maybe the fault is not in the speakers. Mine don't lack bass. I have them connected to a Beomaster 7000.
