In that case I would simply cut the leads off the X25's & use those. The X25's are truly the worst speakers ever made by B&O and it would probably cost you more to buy speaker cables than the speakers themselves are worth. Just my opinion of X25's of course but I doubt if there will be many on here who would disagree with me Chris

Redlines actually work very well with the BC2200 and are a good cosmetic match. You should look for the later versions such as the RL45.2 or RL60.2's as these won't have foam rot or disintegrated ABR's. The amp in the 2200 isn't the best in the world so anything bigger would be a bit of a waste. Oh BTW - the redlines have spring terminals

I have always been a big supporter of Sound Smith cartridges and remain so. The only downside for me personally is the fall of the GBP against the US dollar (hence the comments re:- price increases which isn't the case) and the extortionate import duties levied by our wonderful Customs & Excise. There is also our equally marvellous Royal Mail
I took your advice I have just come back from an electronics shop I took the mod that you recommended and asked what he thought and his opinion was it's beyond the extreme. I would not attempt it. The man has been in the shop from school and his father before him.
Are you referring to member Die Bogener's
