Just went to Beolounge for the second time. I left pretty hastily as it was taking far too long for me to find what I wanted. Each time I clicked something it took at least a minute to load... Much better here Maybe 'BeoLounge' could be a new word for something that is very slow

When the Australian stores were owned by Smorgans, the stores would take trade-ins and there was always a little negotiation with that. Sorry to say this Dave, but I've got a Harmony One and think it's great!! Touch screen, programmable, looks good, easy to use and inexpensive. $200 was all it cost (on eBay), half the price of a Beo4 and a lot more useful!! Hi Andrew, Obviously apart from the B&O Service Centre, I've used a guy in Gardenvale to do some work on B&O so maybe he's worth a try. He's a bit slow in getting things done, but he seems to do a good job. His store is on New Street practically at the corner of Martin Street and he is open Saturday mornings. Maybe take it down on
