Prototype maybe? Pretty cool though! Did you find this in the media archive section?

These product related sub-forums are the outskirts of BeoWorld, Oliver. I don't think a great many people frequent them, I know I sure don't! Patience is key with complex and specific questions. I always try and answer what I can to the best of my ability, but sometimes, like others, we just don't know.

See I don't even know what works with what. So I am not even sure of what I am missing out on. I am well intgrated into iTunes and iPods. Lots of AAC files in addition to Apple Lossless in my library. I eventually do want to get a music server but have no idea of how to go about it. Something like the BeoMedia 1, where I can control it with my Beo4
-
Well they certainly pulled the old switcheroo on us, huh! I never noticed that the Beo6 made it to the website because of the striking resemblance to the Beo5!
-
I am a bit behind as far as formats. I use a windows machine. So is WMA the best? haha I really have no idea! But I am tired of being restricted to the Apples.
-
That makes sense Peter. I have noticed some differences between a couple of my amps, tested using the same speakers. The one that sticks out just slightly is my BeoMaster 3000-2. My only amp remotely close to professional or audiophile grade is my Niles SI-275. It follows your theory pretty well.
-
Well, I am definitely on board. The recording is the absolute core of the listening experience right along with the loudspeaker. Except for amplifiers. So in terms of this thread, are we talking about just B&O amps or all amps?
-
Lee, you could throw that Bently in the May Draw!
-
Apple stopped carrying all B&O. The Earset 3 is supposed to be updated so that the wires from the mic to the earphones are equal, a "Y" shape if you will.
