It's probably also worth noting that your expectations may be out of line with the aims of higher end loudspeakers. I've found Bang & Olufsen to be more prone to these types of misunderstandings than some other traditional audiophile makes. If one understands the point of high-fidelity to mean literally High Fidelity (total faith to the

Not to worry. To compensate for the generous features now standard in the BeoVision 10, the BeoVision 7 will have robotic legs, like Honda's Azimo, enabling the TV to follow you around the house. Optional arms and hands will be available so that it can actually wrestle competing televisions and smash them to pieces.

Beo 5 is my favorite universal remote. I think the recommendation you're looking for is a new TV!

That is correct, sir! However, I'm having some interesting luck dragging the files straight from my HD onto "BM-SHARES" (this is the name given to the mounted drive on the desktop when BeoConnect makes a connection to the BeoMaster 5). When I first tried this I found that the files showed up but without album artwork. I was told by our

This for 2 reasons: - Having to put a new CD in a computer, rip it and then transfer it to the BM5, etc... is NOT what I expect from

I'm afraid that none of the suggestions made are terribly well thought out. Novelty has its place, but not in Bang & Olufsen products. Let me take them one at a time: Built-in CD Player : Not a good idea for two reasons. Firstly, as has been rightly mentioned, the conflict between the actual CD master and the BeoSound 5. I'm looking straight

The idea with the Beo 5 is that after a rocky start it is becoming one of the driving forces of our custom business. If someone had a Beo 5 on the coffee table, they might be a little more curious about expansion opportunities than someone with an old Beo 4 lying around! It also requires the dealer to make alterations and every bit of face time is seen

Puncher I think you're really onto something with the flip idea. Since B&O are already trying to regain the synesthetic ground lost in the transition to etherial formats, I see no reason to pursue the logic further and develop the visual and cognitive engagement even further. The BeoSound 5 & BeoMaster 5 already do something like this, but
