  • Re: What amount $ should i sell my BS1 for -

Yeah that's true, it really is a niche here, i put it down to our culture. We have more of an outdoor lifestyle unlike most other countries in Europe so it isn't common to have people here willing to pay so much money for AV with beautiful quality and design. Thanks alot for the encouragement, the address is ok, it's my partners old address

  • Re: BeoVision 6 Issues - some for everybody?

Well, all i can say is what a headache! Have you spoken to your dealer?!?! I can only answer 6. All B&o TV's on motor stands do this. The TV has to powered up/down directly, for the motor to be operated - safety reasons (i understand this with the big heavy TV's but is a bit of a silly precaution on a 26" LCD! )

  • Re: BeoLab design - what do U like?

I like all beolabs in the current range equally - except BL3 which i actually very much dislike However if it's speakers out of the range then i will readily say BL1 is my absolute top favourite design. I love it. I'd buy a pair even if they didn't work

  • Re: BeoLab 2

You wouldn't beieve how many times this has been discussed, try searching in the little box at the top of the forum screen for "beolab 2" The consensus is that it will improve your cinema experience but the BL2 is very clumsy with music. If you don't listen to much music then you should get a beolab 2.

  • Re: Which coax cable?

Umm regarding the cables insulated with air, AIR is not a screen against electromagnetic interference! What a load of cable hoop-lah People who spend that much (150 pounds for 15m) on cables make me want to cry

[quote user="TripEnglish"] The idea of the lenses rising from the 8000s specifically is just not going to happen. They would place the lens above the listening position, anyways. However, Soundproof is correct that the idea of a lens folding away is not out of the question. I know for a fact that an upcoming speaker concept incorporates this
