You could, of course, buy a Samsung TV (even a 46" version) and a used pair of BL9's or even a pair of 8000 fronts and 6000 rears to sort out the sound issue.......................... just a thought!

I'm reposting this in case it gets lost in the body of the current BV32 thread - Shouldn't the product page (for the BV32 and all other current products) on the main site list the various "Marks" up to and including the current version on sale and list the differences between them. As an aside, you didn't mention the BV8-40 as an option, same screen size, same chassis, and better sound (by all accounts) than the BV10.............. and even less expensive.
