Hi Peter, Sadly I had to get my MKIV picked up yesterday and am using an 'old' BV7-40 MKIII - all the problems I had have gone. Linkroom picture is good, no audio delay, no Sky box crashing, no red lines on the panel and so on. However, I don't think your issue is a MKIV/TV problem. Like Keith said, it could be something to do with how your
I think that's ridiculous. I tought they would react faster on new technology.
You mean like the BV7-40 MKIV which has only just come out? You can't release a high-end TV without improved backlit LED lighting and then release a mid-range TV with a LED backlit screen. Can you imagine trying to explain
-
Yes, there's hope it might be LED backlit. However, as the BV10 is supposed to be based on the existing BV8-40 technology, there's a strong liklihood it won't be LED backlit (in the same way the BV7-40 isn't). I heard the first LED backlit B&O TV will be the BV7-55, which is also out later this year. I'm not sure if B&O can

Wow, I'll go and take a look at that. They say 'ground floor'. The B&O retailer is in the basement, so I wonder where the 103" is located?
Difference I believe is, Apple does that on purpose, B&O is just not organized well enough.
Perhaps. Who knows. I don't know how much of it is 'done on purpose' and how much of it is controlled. When you sell hundreds of thousands of products to, erm, passionate users, those people can often return
Is there anyone who can tell more about this new lcd.
All we know is that it's based on the BV8-40 chassis (and one would guess the same LCD panel) with two HDMI inputs, it has a BV5-style aluminium surround (ie not curved) and is quite thin (so should be fairly flush against the wall, unlike a BV4). Someone
I'm getting borderline insane. Everyday I log on to BeoWorld, hoping for new news about the BV10. Arrrghh....! Leo
Isn't it due in November? Some time off yet and that's providing B&O get it out on-time! BV10 does sound interesting though. If the picture is as good as the BV8-40, and it can
Nice to hear about your perceived satisfaction with B&O Raslaw. I have myself also only had positive experiences with B&O. As you, every product i own works as it is supposed to.
BTW, I had absolutely no technical problems with my BV7-32 MKI and supported it positively on this board, when many others
Not really defending us as I agree that some Danes need to pull their heads out of their a$ses, but I'm as sick of hearing about Apple as though it was handed down from the Gods as some forum members are of hearing the "take our defects and say thank you" line from some posters.
I agree Trip
Looking at some recent (and not so recent) postings some contributors easily take offence at the comments made by others. This is unavoidable.
I'm not sure how many of you use forums, but I use many and am responsbible for moderating our companies magazine forums. Maybe I approach forum discussions very
