Yes it is like that. Personally i pay for an item immediatly because i don't like waiting to recieve an item hehe! but he said he was being cautious, which is understandable, i recieved email that the payment has been sent so as soon as it's cleared i can send it. Now comes the part where i discover shipping will be hundreds hahaha!! never mind
