You'd have to set the BL3500 to Option 4. To control it you have to press LINK and then call a source.

Set the BV6 to Option 4. TV will call the BV7 LINK TV will call the BV6 ... oh I almost forgot... while you are setting the option on the BV6, make sure you remove the power on the BV7, otherwise you'll set its option as well and everything will be very confusing. p.

I used to use one and I do remember having to reverse the polarity of the power adapter to get it to work! What is your TV? What do you connect at the back of the expander. p.

B&O has made some special remote for hotels... Maybe it is one of them. p.

I did not read the whole post, but be aware that Beoport is not compatible with Beocenter 9500. It is compatible with some Beosound 3000, depending of the software.
