My parents bought an Avant 28" CTV in 2000. They payed 12.000 FIM, or 2000 euros for it. Adjusted for inflation that's about 2500 euro today. IMO that would be a fair price for the BV10 40". The Avant was superiour for it's time. The BV10 honestly is nothing, but a very good looking shell. It looks damn good on my wall, and the picture
