Our experience so far from setting up our store unit and the ones we've installed so far, is that iTunes libraries show up perfectly (or as perfect as the grooming has been in iTunes itself). If artwork is embedded, it shows up. We haven't had cause to try it

I agree. the dock looks more interesting than the phone. On the other hand the current environment may be more condusive to a B&O moblie phone than in the past. Now that there are open source operating systems we wouldn't have to concern ourselves with building and maintaining a proprietary OS. Just build the se*y phone and be done with it.

It's a little more complex than it might appear at face. A) any product that's produced demands time & space in the manufacturing facility that could otherwise be used for other products, B) the 9000 still uses very costly materials and man-power, so the cost is still high, versus a product that's basically stamped of plastic & pot
