I have no Beoport/PC2 so cannot install that software. I thought the problem might be related to my antivirus software but having disabled this it still does nothing. I wonder if the server is down? David

Hi craig, No the computer has no beopoert/PC2. The stations were all downloaded automatically and the s/w scans again on each start. 5812 english langauge stations! Username and email were recognised when I downloaded/registered on the second computer but I have just 2 English stations! I have tried re-installing etc but no luck. I wonder if you are

I downloaded beoplayer version 5.04.00.0031 and registered it. I need to know how to force it to download all the n radio stations. I have beoplayer on another computer and this happened automatically. At the moment there are just a very small number and the software does not scan on startup. Thanks for any help David

I remember trying to use the Avant as an RF modulator before discovering the proper Beolink way of doing things as Beoaus advised. I have an MCL system which works fine. Your BV4 should be in option 1. MX4200 option 6. Try using the link frequency of 599Mhz and the MX should adjust to this automatically. The Avant reference manual says the modulator

It must be frustrating if you can't get the 40" in white but as you probably know B&O have discontinued the BV8-32 http://www.beoworld.org/news_view.asp?id=219 As the news article suggests there could be more emphasis on the BV10 range. Hopefully the inconsistency in screen sizes, specification and prices across the TV range will be addressed

I can integrate a local audio source in the link room but don't use that facility. I have Avant 32 DVD>1611>BC9500>MCL>Xtra TV>LX5500 and it all works well. (why change it??) I would use the Avant in the link room with a BV7 (or BV10) as master but retaining the MCL as it would be difficult to re-wire. David

Is it possible to use two 1611 converters in the same setup? I propose to use BV7mk2>1611>BC9500>MCL Xtra TV>1611>Avant 32 DVD. The PCG does not list the Avant as a possible link TV when using the MCL system. David
