Hi I need some help with a connection problem, I have a Beosystem 2 with a Panasonsic PW4 series plasma which dates from 2002. I have the BS2 connected to the RGBHV inputs as this is what the system switches the screen to via the RS232 data lead when I select any of the video sources. The screen is set to D5 in the service menu as this is the closest

When I looked when we lived in London they were only composite, so not that good really but may have changed as this was a couple of years ago.

Get a BV7-40 as it has a BS3 inbuilt for same money & includes a DVD player no brainer really as you have said your can only go to 42".

I had it on good authority that a BV8-40 will be released this year which will also have a surround sound module as an option, as for a lower entry point this will almost certainly be a BV8-20/23. They are pursuing three different levels Entry Level BV8 etc Mid Level BV6 etc High Level BV7 & above

here here moxxey as I had said in another thread that was getting personal, its all about individual choices so dont keep bleating on about it. The only time it will change is when enough people vote with their feet & B&O will have to revaluate their pricing structure.

I have read this thread with interest but I feel I now must comment, I too am very disappointed by some of the personal attacks on Trip English by other forum members. Stan Arde you saying that I can only play N-Music thru the beoport active speakers & not the rest of the systems sources connected to either to the Audio or video master? I was under the impression that the Beoport acted like a link room in that you did have access to masterlink sources. Simon
