Actually - managed to find it - with a better use of the search option! The problem I'm having now is although i've wired it, there are no lights or function. I've extended the cable (wth cat 5 cable - by about 5 metres - and that may be the problem. I do get 5v on pin 2 and 6. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm wiring up a beolink passive, but using a sensor that has 7 connections instead of 5 (it came from a beovision 4) - does anyone know the correct wiring for this one? I have the usual green/brown/white/gray/yellow cable. Thanks in advance

Buzzing can be caused by bad powerlink connections - you say you fixed the problem by resetting the cables - but it has come back again, so it sounds like a connection in a DIN plug. To ensure it isn't the speakers (which is unlikely) plug them into the front speaker cables - and try putting the fronts at the rear. if all is fine for the fronts

about 10% of people can't 'see' the 3D effect - and I must admit I was a sceptic until I saw it in action. A number of broadcasters worldwide are starting transmissions this year - Canal+, Sky, Skylife and DirecTV. The electronics over and above that of a true HD screen only adds about $100 to the build of materials. There are a number of

Judith, I think we need more info. Is the box connected with a HDMI cable? What is the resolution of the output of the Sky HD box (try 720p if it is set to 1080i or automatic)

There is no difference apart from the surround when using a Panasonic PHP panel to the equivalent (badged) Beovision 4 panel (although there has been a LOT of discussion about whether the panels are meeting a quality threshold set by B&O) - but the pricing is significantly cheaper. I have no experience of other makes of panels apart from Panasonic

Thanks - as I'm not in a rush, waiting for the NeoPDP may be a good idea - although 3D TVs will be out later this year (with Sky launching their 3D service in March/April). Now THAT is something I wonder how the Beosystem3 would handle that. Sky's service seems to be sending two images side-by-side, so if the Beosystem3 processes the image,

Hi, Any advice on the best panasonic panel (50-55") nowadays? I'm using a D7 panel and would prefer to swap it for a TrueHD (1024 lines) panel, but haven't kept up with the Panasonic professional panel range recently. I'm keen to stay with Panasonic because of the Serial port control - I really don't want to mess around with switching

The Foxtel R/C is very similar (well almost Identical) to the Sky+ or Sky HD remote. Maybe someone from the UK has programmed a Beo5 to do what you ask. While I have a Beo5, I must admit I haven't bothered programming it because I find it rather unwieldy and rather useless. I stick with the Beo4. You can get the programming software, and bring in

Oh yes there is - you believe that taking money by false pretences is quite OK - you'll find most (law abiding) people would disagree with you. I let these payments through as they were listed as Beoworld. I was being conned, and I'm sure he saw the payments coming in from me (and possibly others) but did he stop it? Did he hell. He could have
