well, i have tried beosound 1 and beolab 4000 again. I have tried with classical music "four seasons" and michael jackson. the result is for classical music, both cannot build a very good soundstage, i cannot feel a 3D orh. playing in front of me. For michael jackson, with billie jeans, well... both cannot give heartbeating bass sound, while

well, i am considering this option also. well, what i worry is headphone jack usually gives not satisfactory sound quality. I wonder if beosound 3+beolab 4000 will give satisfactory sound quality in B&O standard. anyway, once again... thanks all of you.
-
well, thanks all of you. so may i ask does beolab 4000 have PC mode so it can use with computer? For my tiny room, space is very very unlimited...I guess I cannot give a over 20cm free space around the speakers. so which speaker should I get? or should I continue to get speakers at this moment? also... about beosound 1, how do you value its audio quality

Hello all, as you may know, I own a beosound 3. It is a great mp3 player with mono speaker. But I feel it is unsatisfactory with music requires soundstage. Also, CD is much better than mp3, of course ! So I am considering a upgrade. I am considering beosound 1, or beosound 4+beolab 4. The later one is out of my budget actually, so for this opinion,

In my place, FM only is still okay. Since all main stations are available in FM. But may I ask how can I minimize the interference or the radio signal noise?? I usually place beosound 3 1 to 2 meters from the windows, interference happens easily when I stand near to it. Well, I have the aerial up already.

welcome, please join us! I believe it is the best sounding portable radio in the world. Although it is mono, if you do not want a soundstage, it gives you wonderful music. for my small room of less than few sq. meter, I can fill my room full of music with just 25 to 28 volume out of 50, B&O is always exceed expectation.

thank you peter for explaining for me. well, i just meant after I tried beolab 4, I am not satisfied with beosound 1's sound. I know the comparison is not fair, but human needs is unlimited, right? But I am sure... beosound 1 is a great machine. It includes everything we want for a basic machine. It is still temptating me. also, for beocom 4, well
-
well, haha, actually the comparison is unfair. I should not compare a all-in-one system with speakers which is at the same price level.

hello all, i have tried these in B&O dealer. The result is I have given up beosound 1 at this moment. Since it is better than beosound 3, but it is worse than beolab 4. Most important is that it has too much bass, or the high is not clear enough, and its sound is not stereo enough for beocom 4, finally i have bought it, although it is not very surprised
-
but am i ask .... is beocom 4 fixed very well on the charger? I feel it is a little bit dangerous of falling down? also... comparing beocom 1 and beocom 4, if i really don't care the connectivity and phone book transfer matters, how should I decide between these 2?
