This is a difficult time (decade) for B&O. The technological evolution has been moving so quickly the last few years that B&O are having difficulties keeping up. The pace is ruthless and will continue to be so. Last month's / year's technology is obsolete the next month / year and this makes it incredibly hard for B&O to continue

Peter: Both assumptions are correct. Peter - Does your BeoPort, iTunes, iTouch combo allow you to turn on/off N.Music via the iTunes or do you still have to use your beo4/5 for that? Christian

Well ... the TH42PH10UK (G/D10) is a "fairly" new panel, right ... Beogen: I have only heard that the full HD panel (the PF9 model) had a SD picture which wasn't as good as the non full HD versions. I read that here on the forum. I know there are quite a few guys here have the PH10 panel, who seem to be pleased. I just thought it very

Hi Gus - any relations with the real poker star? Anyways - sorry I can't answer your question - but this comment is to bump-up this thread for an answer from our senior people here ... Keith, Alex, Mr Anderson, etc ... could you help our new friend, pls? Christian

B&O own plasma displays are all Panasonic, so it naturally works better with that - however there are several users in here who are using a BS3 with other plasmas as well and also some with LCDs. Since the new BV7-40 now comes with an integrated BS3 (correct this please if it is wrong) I suspect that B&O has software updated the BS3 with changes

dilznik: There is a use for surround without a B&O TV however... =) I agree, however this is how B&O forces people to buy their tv's or bs3 if they want surround sound with B&O speakers/stereo. I had to buy a BS3 for this. :(

I've used my PS3 with a BS3 and non-b&o plasma without the problems you describe, so it could be you bv9 which has some problems. Christian

but what about the center speaker / acoustic lense of BV9 - surely that is not part of the cabinet?
