  • Re: quality of bs4

My BC2 often does not respond to the first command of the Beo4. I often have to repress the command. It is really annoying as I have other 'cheap' equipment that this does not happen to!

  • Faulty B&O. Is it a reliable product?

I dearly love my B&O equipment and enjoy using it but have just sat back and tried to look objectively at what I own and how much it cost and find myself amazed by how faulty much of the equipment is. I know this is only a small sample but would like to give you some idea of the problems I am encountering at the moment. Avant: I cannot get the picture

  • Re: Serene Phonebook Problem

Cliffas I said even the dealer Serene had the problem. I have them looking into the problem but am not hopeful of a result.

  • Re: Serene Phonebook Problem

I and a friend both have Serenes and they both do what you are explaining. I have also brought it up with my dealer in sydney and they cannot find a fix. I also think that they are deleting numbers from my 6000 at home as numbers that used to be in the 6000 phonebook are now gone. It is interesting that it does not add +61 to every number and many will

  • Re: I feel like a B&O Jason Bourne..

pedrompinto: Like most of you i always have my B&O radar on, so i do see beo products in several movies; apple too, but i'm also a fan so i guess it's normal.Sometimes i just ask myself what's normal... my friends say that i'm a B&O and Apple "junkie"... ehehehehAnother that i've started to notice is the presence

  • Re: Best looking CDs in BS9000

It is interesting that most of the albums referred to in this post and indeed on most of the posts on this forum are of non-classical music!

  • Wireless + Passsive

Is anyone able to tell me if I can connect a pair of non B&O Speakers with a Beolink Passive to a Beolink wireless receiver. I already have B&O wireless set up to one link room, so would have to buy another unit to act as receiver for the new link room and then connect the Beolink Passive unit to this. Would the IR eye plug into the Passive

  • Re: TV picture off centre!

Keith Saunders: So, the problem has been with the AVANT since the tube was replaced and I am assuming the problem did not exist with the old tube before it blew or may be you did not notice.Given what you say, the most likely cause of the problem is going to be with the scanning assembly which sits on the neck of the tube and magnetically deflects the

  • 1995 -2002 catologues. Where are they

Is there a reason that the catologues from 1995 - 2002 are not on the site, or maybe I just cannot find them? I would like to look up some of these. Perhaps Peter has been too snowed under to put them on.

  • Re: TV picture off centre!

I just don't understand why it is so difficult for Service to fix the problem. The TV is now out of warranty so I guess I will have an uphill battle to get them to come back and look at it. There has got to be an easier way!
