Thanks for the warning JC, I may as well try again with the new version - it won't make much difference, I still use my 6000 with the earset for work - the 5 is mainly used if the phone rings and I happen to be near it or to change the volume on the TV. It makes a very pretty paper weight!! G - a few genuine questions: when did you buy your phone
