• Re: BeoVision AV5 - CDi vs VCD - PAL vs NTSC - VCD Region Codes?

I had a bunch of VCDs imported from Hong Kong when I had my AV5, and it worked great, (as great as VCDs can work ), so it seems odd that it won't play.

NL is 19% and Danmark is 25% if I remember well?
You are probably right. My post should also be read with a smile It's not because I feel
My bathroom has a BL3500 since about 3 years. No problems at all. It was "upgraded" some weeks ago with white fronts. Stefan
My parents has a BL3500 in their bathroom as well, and it is going strong on it's 6th year, and is being used every day.

  • Re: How to turn blue BL4000s into silver/aluminum colour??

I visited my B&O dealer today and he told me that the aluminum parts would cost 2800DKR (approx. 340£), and if I wanted the fabric as well it would be 3500DKR (approx. 425£). So I think it would be easier and cheaper for me to sell them and buy a silvercoloured pair.

  • Re: Adaptor for Beolab 3

Wouw, I don't even remember writing that original post. I must admit that I would never buy the cable today. I can't remember the price in DK at the B&O dealers, but it was ridiculous for what is only a couple of plugs and some cable. If you have any experience with a soldering iron it shouldn't be to hard to make it yourself, Peter

Okay, so it definitely is possible. I have to go to my B&O pusher tomorrow anyway, so I'll ask if it's possible to order. I'm not sure if they are able/allowed to order those kinds of parts for a normal consumer. Thanks for the info.

  • Re: Beosound 1 som centerhøjtaler.. Muligt?

Beosound 1 er lavet som en "stand alone" enhed, men helt umuligt er det ikke, da der er lydindgang på den via et DIN stik.

  • How to turn blue BL4000s into silver/aluminum colour??

I have bought some of my brothers B&O items. Among these are a pair of blue BL4000s, but as the silver colour suits me better, I would like to know what it would cost to: 1) Change the front piece of aluminium and the fabric, and if I can do this myself?? I'm somewhat experienced at taking things apart, but I don't know if they are glued
