  • Re: BL5000's must go! Alternatives?

Congratulations, Leon! With your wife as well as her taste in speakers And thanks to everyone else for the input Naturally, I'm still lobbying for the BL5000's to be a part of our interior but at the moment I'm looking at the alternatives if the lobbying doesn't go through. Right now my hit list is this: 1. BL5000's 2. BL4500's

(The expression SWMBO was not invented for nothing ) Currently I have a pair of BL5000's and was thinking about swopping the speaker parts to the smaller 4500's. A colleague of mine has BL4500's and

  • Sales and wanted avilable for everyone?

I noticed that while logged in the sales/wanted forum was shown. IIRC this wasn't the case before - am I wrong? Does this mean it is not exclusive to gold and silver members anymore?

  • Re: BG8002 Rosewood surround

beoaus: I have some slight damage to the front rosewood corners on a BG8002. Its just the rosewood veneer that has cracked, damaged and has peeled off. How would I attempt to fix this? Thanks, Beoaus Some time ago I refurbished a BM8000 - the former owner thougt the black trim looked really cool so he had peeled of the veneer I got hold of some mahogany

  • Re: How to preset motorised stand?

That's what I thought. On standby the stand goes back to a position slightly off center. I don't think I will be doing anything about it, though, as it is too little to correct it by mounting it differently. Thanks again, Ben
