I too was put off by the reflections and general greyness of the image. I still don't get Plasma delivering darker blacks as everytime i watch one next to say a 10 and compare black images, the Plasma always looks like a very old pair of very washed black jeans! Its a shame that these beautiful sets are not upgradable with the new Plasma plus panels
