  • Apple TV ATVFlash update warning..and tips..

Hi all Beo/Mac users! As many of you, I am using a AppleTV with the ATVFlash add-on to get some more features which works great ( most of the time) Since I have the first generation Apple TV, I have been waiting for FireCore to make ATVFlash AirPlay compatible, and YES!…Now its here! It is added when installing the RemoteHD software which enables

Hi again, Claes. I have the Canton sub in "Auto" mode. It works great. No "bangs" or "pops" or other distortion when turning on and it goes to sleep within a minute after shutting off the sound source.. /Peter

Hi Claes, Connecting the Canton was very easy, I simply got a converter cable (RCA to Beolink) and attached it to the subwoofer outlet on the BV3-3 just as if it was a B&O speaker. It is not recognized by name on the setup screen of course, it just says "Subwoofer", but my Labs shows up with model name. So the Sub acts like a perfectly

  • Re: ATV Black - Avant, simple question

Hi Guys, tgt365: it seems you found a good converter there, and also the price is very reasonable compared to what I have found so far. You say the audio is perfectly in sync, but what about the video, can you see any distortion at all or like a thin "filter" on top of the picture or is it as crystal clear as when watching a DVD fx ? Also

Hi Räuber, Yes, that box looks like the one needed here! It has composite outputs..and even s-video. It's a bit expensive though, but maybe its good.. The 4 boxes I tested was in the price range 50-120 Euros, but non of them gave a satisfying quality. I guess its hard to convert without loosing some of the picture quality. Personally, I would

  • Re: ATV Black - Avant, simple question

Hi Guys, I'm really curious if you will be able to solve this, PeterG, since I would like to make a similar configuration, but with BV3 or AV9000 also using the scart input. Today I have a Apple TV ver.1 connected to my BV3 using ATVFlash software to convert the video signal from component to composite so I can connect it directly to the Scart.

Hi Keith and beolion, Thanks for your replies!, Keith, I will go through it all this weekend again. It seems the codes are correct since when it works, it works as it is supposed to. Its just that all of a sudden, nothing happens and I can see that the Lintronic box is receiving the commands correctly (using my BEO4 and having my laptop connected to

  • IR emitter on a Motorola VIP-1920 STB [SOLVED]

Hi all!, I recently bought a Lintronic box to control my AppleTV and STB with my BEO4. After setting up the Lintronic with the proper codes for my AppleTV and my Sagem STB it worked fine (except for the "fast scrolling" on AppleTV which sems not possible, am I right?) otherwise it works perfectly. The Beo4/Lintronic is even more reliable and
