I agree Alex. There seems to be an incredible amount of negative attitude towards the Beosound 5 on the forum. Personally I will wait till I see and hear it in the metal. Like a lot of B&O products I am sure it will grow on me.

How do you download the current settings in a Beo 5 into the configuration tool?

My wife is being difficult regarding leaving the Beo5 on the charger 24/7 - thinks it unsafe. She wants a Beo4 anyway! What do others do? Can the base be connected via USB to the computer for charging?

I have just purchased anew Beo 5 and already I want to modify the dealer settings. My deler seems very unwilling to allow me to use the software myself, although I am very technically savvy.I honestly do not want to be going back and forward to the dealer to make small config changes. How do I get access to the software myself, do I have to go to B&O
