Hey i use a 2004 BC1 which uses the DVD1 inside, also, the DVD section has hardly been used. I notice the same sensitiveness, get a denon DVD player, that's what i'd do, they are the best. i have a decent philips dvd in my main room and it's great to play any disc. I've noticed that BC2 is a sensitive machine too

wow where did you find this? I think there's a reaon there are no pictures of blue B&O, not many people have royal blue decor! The blue really spoils it for me... in a combination like this one i would say black would've been alot nicer, including having the BV7 in black...

The DVD was put at the top of the avant because the designers wanted the user to be comfortable when loading a disc, no bending down. I agree that this is a fantastic budget soloution.
