I have had a first look at the XML file which Quim has sent me and I will make the following initial observations. On first review it appears close to Philips RC5 protocol, but its not, well not as found in the XML file. The start pulse timing is way off and there is not enough bits for a RC5 Also the "Dock" and "Spot" commands seem

The PRONTO code you provided from www.remotecentral.com is NOT an NEC code. Whilst it may appear to be an NEC protocol, all NEC protocol timing must have a start bit of 9 millisecond followed by a pause of 4.5 milli seconds +- 10% This pronto code decodes to a start pulse of 4.472 milli-second pulse, so not valid. Are you sure that your BMP Icon files are no bigger than 100 x 44 each If you get the message "Configuration too Large" means your "Configuration.XML file is greater than 2mb in size How many Iccons have you added ?

It should be noted that on 3rd April 2009 Lintronic released a new version of their configurator programme which supplies the timing information output in a different form which is NOT compatible with version 1.1 of the XML Generator. Stan, Yes you can, BUT not with the Beo5 Configuration Tool. In the earlier versions of the Beo5 Configuration Tool it would let you change the number screen IR assignments, but in the most recent version this facility was removed. However, these assignments can still be done in a created XML file.
