It's the interactive services on the BBC I am having problems with. First I press red anf the interactive loads up no problem. If I try to enter a page number, I type in the number. My problem is when I press go. It thinks I am trying to access recordings on the hard drive. Craig
Thank you for the quick response. I hope this question is not too dense, but how to hook up the battery? Can I leave the driver in place and hook up a 1.5 volt battery (I assume this is the same as a AA battery) to the ends of the speaker wires or can this only be done if the driver is removed. Thanks again!
I
Trying to refoam my CX50's was a learning experience for me. I learned that I lack the skills and dexterity to refoam speakers! I can however confirm that the original drivers are still available through B&O dealers, and that a quick call to King Street and a trip to Manchester solved the problem! Simon
I am new to Beoworld and I am thinking of refoaming a pair of CX100s. Your post is very helpful. Can you tell me more about how to hook up a battery to the speaker? Thank you.
Hi and welcome to Beoworld, If you take a 1.5 volt battery and connect it to the driver. It will either pull the cone in or oush it out

Lee I think the problem is you are going to need a phono pre amp(RIAA). The quad decoder in the matching Beogram 3400 to your amp, would also have amplified the signal to line level. Craig

Wondered how long it would be before you posted a picture Chris. It really does look good. Craig

We recently had SKY+ installed, I have worked out just about eveything exepct using the interactive. When I press GO on the Beo4, it assumes I am trying to play something from the hard drive. Craig

Well the title says it all really. Has anyone tried using Beoport/Beoplayer with a touch screen PC. One of my friends writes his own touch screen jukebox software. This got me thinking about using Beoport/Beoplayer software in the same way. My idea is to put a 20" touch screen into an old MX2000 casing. Craig
